subZERO - Example 7: Movement II, Measures 40-47

Stylistic Influence: Schnyder darkens the sound of the melody by using a bucket mute. As well, Schnyder writes this section in 5/4 but the rhythms have a tendency to obscure the first downbeat of each measure.

Harmonic Influence: Stepping away from the more jazz oriented harmonies, this section is written in G natural minor.
